A tool for the evaluation of leadership and governance created by NHS Improvement (formerly Monitor")

NHS Improvement (formerly "Monitor") have published a framework for reviewing leadership and governance in NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts. As a Foundation Tust governor I have experience of seeing it used. It is a very well thought-out document. As an education consultant I can see its use in Academy and, particularly, Multi-Academy Trusts. Below is the original NHSI document.
