Quality Standards

Members of ECARDA undertake to:

  • Keep up to date with national legislative and strategic changes;
  • Work within the legislative frameworks that apply to equality and diversity and any further local interpretations of that legislation;
  • Comply fully within the legislative frameworks for data protection and freedom of information and any local interpretations that refer to confidentiality;
  • Make explicit to the client the costs and outcomes of any contract entered into;
  • Conform to any additional quality standards agreed by the client's undertaking;
  • Make explicit to the client the scope, nature and any limitations of the member's experience and expertise and to state where other members may be involved in delivering to the client's contract specification;
  • Elicit continuous feedback from the client on their degree of satisfaction on the delivery of any contract;
  • Refer any complaints and/or compliments to the directors.
